How to scale intimacy in a community with Gesche Wai-Yi Haas & Nicole Hartwig Landau

How to scale intimacy in a community with Gesche Wai-Yi Haas & Nicole Hartwig Landau

In the beginning, every community is intimate. Trust is high. Conversations tend to be grounded and vulnerable. When community grows, we still want our members to have a sense of belonging and connection to community and each other.

Gesche and Nicole have scaled their community while sustaining the intimacy. They’re behind Dreamers & Doers, which began as a small group of women sitting around a table and talking about their businesses. They are now celebrating a decade of lifting up and connecting women entrepreneurs and leaders.

We’ll discuss:

💥How to scale intimacy in community successfully? What tools and platforms did Gesche and Nicole use and still do?

💥 With paid communities and a public 36k member one, they must be different to operate, so what are 3 tips for fostering belonging and connections at both?

💥 As the community grows, how can community leaders and founders manage the workload, stay present in community, and not burn out?
