How to use social media to elevate community impact with Rabiah Elisa & Tulani André

How to use social media to elevate community impact with Rabiah Elisa & Tulani André

What we see in the community industry is many people putting social media and community in the same pile. They’re different, but can be used together for a greater impact and better community experience. And that’s what we’ll explore with the sister duo Rabiah Elisa & Tulani André, experts in social media and community!

We’ll discuss:

💥how they use social media to build community at companies like National Geographic (Tulani!) and across political campaigns (Rabiah!)

💥 the intersection of influencers and community builders: 1) the power of the comments - focus on what people are saying over engagement clicks and 2) the shift in content creation from talking at people to deep listening to community

💥 examples of social media campaigns that were super impactful on communities
