What Is Really Behind The Great Resignation? with Sage Ke’alohilani Quiamno

Sage Ke’alohilani Quiamno is an award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, and changemaker. She is a nationally-recognized diversity, equity, and inclusion leader who is relentlessly committed to intersectional social justice, advocacy for communities of color, the LGBTQIA+ community, and pay equity. Her work is grounded in centering the experiences of historically underrepresented communities and those with intersectional identities to achieve equity.

Prior to Amazon, Sage is more widely known as the CEO & co-founder of Future for Us, a community platform with over 20,000+ members whose mission to advance women of color in the workplace through community, culture, and career development. She has galvanized a nationwide movement to build a future of work reaching new levels of growth through diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Her work has been recognized in major media outlets like Forbes, Fast Company, Entrepreneur, and more. In 2019, she was recognized as one of Seattle's Most Influential People, was honored with the Rising Star award from the National Organization for Women, and was named on The 100 Changemakers list by The Gates Foundation. Sage's work has been invested, endorsed, and publicly recognized by global leaders such as Melinda Gates and Serena Williams. As a national speaker she has been invited to speak at SXSW and the Women's March, and at large tech corporations like Microsoft, Starbucks, Twitter and more.

She is a proud Native Hawaiian, originally from the island of O'ahu, who looks at systems, processes, and people with indigenous sense to create a world of equity and belonging.
