Jean-Michelle is the Director of Community & Culture at NeueHouse. She is a corporate philanthropist, pro-social campaign developer and production manager with a decade of experience leveraging talent and resources for social good. She serves as a resource on corporate responsibility, cause marketing and event management.

Jean-Michelle handled MTV Networks'​ Corporate Responsibility and Public Affairs agenda, supporting the various channels'​ pro-social initiatives, before diving into the world of consulting. Since then, she has had the honor of working on entertainment, corporate and non-profit projects that build awareness, support empowerment opportunities and celebrate life. A member of NAMIC, she has served on the board of the New York Women's Foundations'​ Girl Leadership Day, Reveal and ALEGRIA: Hope Through Art. She received her Master's in Public Non-Profit Management and Policy from NYU's Wagner School of Public Service.
