Anne-Laure Le Cunff is an entrepreneur and researcher. She founded Ness Labs, an online school offering educational content, community, and coaching to help knowledge workers achieve more without sacrificing their mental health, where she regularly writes about the science of creativity, productivity, and decision-making.
As a PhD researcher at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience, she studies how different brains learn differently, with a focus on neurodiversity in online learning. Previously, she received a MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College London, and created digital health programmes using well-being trackers and wearables at Google in San Francisco. She is on a mission to empower all knowledge workers to achieve their full potential. Her work has been featured in WIRED, Rolling Stone, the Financial Times, Forbes, Inc Magazine, and more.
